Danish Nashhash 2014
Come help us celebrate our Silver Jubilee at the 4th Danish Nash Hash on the 6th to 8th of June 2014 in Aarhus.
What’s happening?
Friday the 6th of June
Pub Crawl: Registration at venue, a light dinner, pub crawl in the centre of Aarhus and then back to venue and party on.
Saturday the 7th of June
Main run: After a relaxed breakfast prepare for an afternoon of running and drinking and generally having fun. There will be various runs to suit all tastes and a walkers trail. Then back to venue for dinner and all night party.
70s Disco Party. Dress up!
Sunday the 8th of June
Hangover run: Expect the best - prepare for the worst. Our preliminary plan is to hold a traditional Whitsunday early (start at 4 o’clock) run to a beach to watch the Whitsunday sun dance, take a swim and then return to venue for brunch.
Pre- or/and post lube events:
2.8 seconds and Beer Barbie have promised to set a Red dress run on Thursday the 5th of June as a pre lube to Danish Nash Hash 2014. Payment directly to hares.
How much will all of this cost me?
A special Silver Jubilee price of just 1111 dkr (or 150 €) will apply for anyone signed up and paid before January 1st 2014.
A price of 1212,- kr (Danish Crowns) or 165 € will apply for anyone signed up and paid before May 1st 2014.
Late Birds will pay a Late Bird price of 1313,- kr. (Danish Crowns) or 180 Euros.
Remember you're not registered before we've received your payments.
What’s included?
Accommodation at venue Friday evening to Sunday, light dinner Friday evening, breakfast, lunch and dinner Saturday, brunch Sunday, drinks at the venue and on the run (except on the pub crawl Friday), transport to and from runs and a great goody bag.
Accommodation
The limit is set to 79 hashers and everyone gets a bed in a smaller room.
Rooms will be available from Friday around 17.00 and must be vacated Sunday no later than 11.30.
Please let us know if you're traveling with someone and we'll try to make sure you're put in the same room.
Bed linen and towels can be rented at an additional price of 60,- kr (Danish crowns) pr person.

If you'd like to extend your stay in Aarhus you're welcome to contact the Hostel and book accommodation with them. We'll be happy to help arrange that you can stay in the same room the whole weekend provided you send us mail with your confirmation of stay.
Where do I register?
How do I pay?
There are only two ways to pay - in cash or by bank transfer.
Aarhus hashers can of course pay in cash. If you can find an Aarhus hasher that you trust, you can also pay him/her.
For bank transfer, make sure that you identify yourself (real or hash name and registration number) so we know who has paid. Please also email us, so we can make sure your payment is received.
All payments will be acknowledged via return email.
